2Mex (b. Alejandro Ocana) is an underground hiphop producer and MC from Mid-City Los Angeles, California. He started out as one half of the duo Of Mexican Descent (OMD) with Xololanxinxo. He has released numerous albums as solo projects and as a collaborations. He is a member of the Visionaries, a group formed by Key kool and DJ Rhettmatic. He has also contributed to the efforts of Project Blowed, Afterlife Crew, the Mind Clouders, and $martyr. 2Mex's has made guest appearances on albums by Atmosphere, el vuh, Abstract Rude, and Busdriver.
