Alexis Grace

Alexis Grace is a 20-year-old mother who was a Top 13 qualifier in the 8th season of popular reality show, American Idol. After her sultry performance of "I Never Loved A Man", Simon Cowell called her a 'dark horse' and compared her to first American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson, considering her as a front-runner. In Michael Jackson week, she performed "Dirty Diana", gaining huge praises from the judges. But on the Grand Ole Opry week, she was shockingly eliminated after her above average performance of Dolly Parton's classic, "Jolene". She did not make it to this year's tour.
