Aye

aye is a spanish band formed in 2007 in Edinburgh, and moved later to Madrid. Ernie Motor (guitar and vocals) joined with Raul Perreras (guitar) and Maite Granados (bass), and started working with Chuck H. Crowley, who started writing the lyrics for their first album. In 2010 they signed a contract with Cactus Records to edit 'Ad Nauseam Vol. 01'. Listening to aye's first project, Ad Nauseam Vol. 01, is going through a different experimental rock experience. We should consider the whole work as a new landscape where each guest musician plays along the pulsating system of each composition, blending in their sound and poetry to construct and deconstruct each song. Through solve et coagula we witness the creation of eleven unique sounding atmospheres, achieving both of compelling sonic landscape as a whole and of eleven single organisms; eleven works of musical engineering, accurate mixing and composition where fresh, experimental, poetic and heartrending lyrics and performances dwell.
