Bernie Paul Biography
Bernie Paul (real name Bernd Vonficht) began in the 1960s as a saxophonist in the combo Seven Up. In 1973, when he joined the group Family Child. He began operating in 1978 a record deal with Ariola and like his first hit, "Lucky" reached # 6 of the 1978 German and Austrian charts charts. In the same year was also a German cover version of Roy Black. "In Dreams" came in February 1981 to rank 18 of the German charts. His biggest hit he had in June 1981 with the Disco-titled "Oh No No". This song reached the second place of the German charts. Wencke Myhre sang a short time later the German version of "Oh No No - You're not my type, I know exactly ....
