Carcer City is a Progressive Metal Core band born in the Wirral in the northwest of England. The band released their material in 2009 called "The Life We Have Chosen." With very aggressive songs and break-downs very well executed. The band can be very aggressive, guitar riffs and drums focused on a very technical concept.
