Celtic Thunder & Damian Mcginty

Born in Derry, Ireland, soon to be 16-year old Damian Mcginty loves playing his part in Celtic Thunder. How did he get into the group? Well, he recently recorded a gopel CD and was asked by composer, Phil Coulter, to come and audition for Celtic Thunder. So he did and was asked for another audition in Dublin and here he is now, singing along with the boys. Damian has been singing since he was a little boy and has surprised people with his voice and wonderful performances. He has been in choir for quite some time and gets his practice there. And his influences? Micheal Buble would be one.
