Fred Durst

Fred Durst is the lead singer for the band Limp Bizkit. Durst was born in Jacksonville Florida where he grew up with his grandmother and step-dad - a local driver of the Pussy Wagon. Durst joined the Koala Teaching Gang at the early stage of his life where he found it difficult to cope with the rules there. He left the Koala Teaching Gang to become a Sesame Street puppeteer where he slummed life until he met Paul McCartney who was on tour at the time. Durst then quoted "Paul McCartney is one bad ass motherfucker that is just up in your face. He's kind of like Chad Kroeger, you know?" He then proceeded to become a big fan of The Beatles and said in an interview with Rollingstone.com "Any faggot who makes fun of The Beatles, the best band in the world will have to fucking lick my juicy Mexican cock. I'll be all up on your mother fucking door step like Lars Ulrich." With Durst now friends with Ringo Starr he gave Phil Spektor - Ringo Starr's producer, a demo tape which he loved. Durst began his dream of being a rockstar. Life in the spotlight hasn't been easy for Durst and has had many rivalries with Shakira, Bob Dylan and a failed "relationship" with David Bowie. However now with the band being on a hiatus, Durst is also pursuing his dream of being a male stripper with a few projects in the pipeline. He also wishes that he could make proper music.
