Hobson's Choice

Hobson's Choice (HCXHC) was formed on May 8th, 2005. in their hometown Tuzla, Bosna&Hercegowina. The plan was to animate local hardcore scene,which was barely alive,and to unite local hardcore kids. At the beginning,the band went through several line up changes. Over the years hcxhc found their characteristic sound supported by heavy beats and riffs, and fast old-school parts, which were true base for their future work. HCxHC's lyrics talk about rough lifestyle of everyday life in Bosnia, straight edge as positive way of life, social injustice. The band was mostly influenced by UKHC and Balkan scene. In year 2007 hcxhc recorded their first material "Dysfunctional Family EP" DIY. 2009 saw their live album under the title "With Brute Force" containing 6 killer tracks. During the years Hobson's Choic played with the like of such bands as Kontra, Despotic Bullet, Fullsize (SRB), Unrise, Nothing Left (SRB), Neverlost (SRB), MTS, Backstab, True To The Cause (CRO), Discord (SRB), This Is How We Feel (SRB), Needfull Things (CZ), Arcadia (ITA), Dead Vows (SWE), Born From Pain (HOL), Hardfaced (MAC), Kolaps (SRB), Moment Of Clarity (SRB), Vault Of Pain (SRB), Thrash Union (SRB), All Except One (SRB), My Dying Bride (GBR) etc
