Jafar

Head of the London-based Artizan Music and Kwaito Recordings labels with dj/studio partner Andy Touchfingers, Jafar is also one half of the Jafar & Touch (again with Andy), Poussez (with Maxime Cescau - www.poussez.co.uk) and Jafar & Bobby Strobe (with Rob Stow) production outfits. Jafar is also part of the 8piece live collective Poetiquette (www.myspace.com/poetiquettelive) His releases have graced respected House and Techno imprints including Hustle Music, Universal Vibes, Blacksoul Music, 4bit, Hydraulix, Gravitation, Lynx White label, Sensual Recordings, Berwick Street and of course his own Kwaito and Artizan imprints. He has remixed the likes of Terry Farley, Demarkus Lewis, Blacksoul and Rithma, whilst also collaborating on material with Demarkus Lewis, Rich Medina, Marcus Begg and Funky Transport.
