Jasperina De Jong

Jasperine de Jong is the biggest Dutch diva since Fien de la Mar. She is famous for anarchistic and provocative cabaret in the sixties, which set the tone for a changing Holland. De Jong became big with huge solo shows and even hit songs. Throughout her career she showed she could compete with big international stars, even being seriously compared to Marlene Dietrich. She played Dietrich in the musical about Marlene. De Jong also achieved keeping everyone's attention in episodes long tv version of the musical 'FIEN'. Most notable are her very sexy performances (and very artful and sensational) of songs like 'seksobject', 'de laatste stripteasedanseres' and 'Playboy'.
