In an industry where honesty rarely yields success, Lights Camera Distractions are taking their chances by refusing to be anything but that. Never claiming originality, but somehow gaining it with their pop/indie rock sound that has caught the attention of a wide range of listeners. Guitarist/vocalist John Davidson, drummer Zach Kaikis, and bassist Kyle Karmelita came together in the summer of 2007 with the intention of writing music they love and sharing it with anyone willing to listen. With the addition of guitarist Casey Roberts in the summer of 2008, midwest and east coast tours under their belts, and the scheduled release of this sophmore album in the summer of 2009, these western PA rockers are making more than just a splash in the growing ocean of pop-rock bands.
