MC Frontalot Biography
MC Frontalot is the stage name of Damian Hess, a hip hop musician and self-proclaimed "world's 579th-greatest rapper." Many of his songs deal with things nerdy in nature, which has led him to be categorized as nerdcore, a word he himself coined in his first single, "Nerdcore Hip Hop". In 2002, the popular webcomic Penny Arcade (http://www.penny-arcade.com) declared him their official rapper laureate. He composed and recorded a song called 'The Penny Arcade Theme', and has appeared at the Penny Arcade Expos in the past few years. His track 'Final Boss' is featured in Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness - Episode One. MC Frontalot's work has also been featured in the dance game In The Groove and as downloadable content in the music game Rock Band. His debut CD is titled "Nerdcore Rising". His second album, "Secrets from the future", was released in spring 2007. The third album, "Final Boss", was released in 2008. The fourth, and latest album, "Zero Day" was released in April 2010, along with the single "Your Friend Wil".
