The legend of 'MC Smalley' is from Liverpool in the UK, George Smalley was only 11 years old when he began to MC and is apparently told to be a better MC than The pleasure rooms. The pleasure rooms inspired MC Smalley to become a MC and at such a young age people are already starting to become his fans. Alot of people said he was a good talent for his age, him only being 11 and all.
