Afrika Bambaataa to hit Nevereverland

Following on from the virgin voyage on November 15 last year, Nevereverland is returning to its spiritual home in the spring, this time with Afrika Bambaataa, Alexis Taylor (Hot chip DJ set), The Bang Gang Deejays, Tame Impala, Drums Of Death, Holy Ghost!, The Golden Filter, Zomby, Matt Horne and Modular DJs all bringing their Sunday best on a Saturday.

In addition, a room hosted by London's favourite new club Work It, a party jam packed with the fullest r'n'b and hip hop flavours and featuring Team Mega Mix, Blaise Bellville, Maxwell Jaye, Skamrock and Max Volume.

The initial Nevereverland blowout occurred pre-Christmas at The Coronet, with The Presets, Ladyhawke, Shychild, Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, Aeroplane, Frankmusik, Fred Falke, Lifelike and more, and the night was a sellout success, with over 2000 heads doing their best to keep it together until 5am.

This time around sees Afrika Bambaataa return to the UK and bringing with him a full live show and posse of MC's, Hot Chip front man and eclectic DJ extraordinaire Alexis Taylor will be taking a rare trip to the decks and Australia's notorious Bang Gang Deejays bring the kind of freaked out, twisted party vibes that only people from the underside of the earth can.
