Something is really wrong with Amanda Bynes.
The former Nickelodeon star is now locked up in a psych ward after a bizarre lead up of events.
Bynes was arrested after throwing bong out of her NYC apartment window, as police charged her with reckless endangerment, then taken to Roosevelt Hospital to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
TMZ reports that Bynes chucked a resin-coated water pipe out of a high-rise apartment window in midtown Thursday night, police sources said. This kind of action could have potentially killed a pedestrian below if they were hit.
Then staff members at The Biltmore called the police after they witnessed Bynes smoking pot in the luxury building
