Amber Rose ‘files for divorce’

Amber Rose has filed for divorce from Wiz Khalifa, it has been claimed.

The 30-year-old American model and rapper Wiz, 27, married in July 2013.

However, the couple split on Monday, with Amber citing "irreconcilable differences" in divorce papers, according to TMZ.com.

The website also claim that Amber is seeking full custody of the pair's one-year-old son Sebastian. She is reportedly planning to allow Wiz visitation rights of the little boy.

In addition, Wiz will allegedly have to pay Amber spousal support due to a prenuptial agreement the pair signed before the wedding.

Amber says the prenup is still valid, according to TMZ.

The pair were first rumoured to be splitting at the beginning of September.

However, Wiz denied the claims in an interview. When asked about the rumours during a chat with Ohio's Power 107.5 Wiz said: "Nah, hell nah. I wouldn't pay attention to the hype."

While no reasons have been given for the split, Amber and Wiz reportedly ended on less than amicable terms.

Amber and Wiz, real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz, began dating in early 2011.

Before committing to Wiz, Amber was in a relationship with rapper Kanye West from 2008 to 2010.

Speaking after their wedding, Wiz said he was thrilled with how their special day had turned out.

"It was beautiful. I'm so proud of my baby for what she did," he said in an interview with Hot 97. "She put all of that together and everybody's ranting and raving over every little detail about it. Those things didn't happen on their own, she did it."
