Her favourite guitar and scribbled lyrics for her unreleased third album are believed to be missing along with copies of unreleased tracks, lyric books, and letters.
According to The Sun, just 20 people have been into the house in North London since Amy was found dead in her bed last month, including family, friends, security and police.
An insider said, 'This is such a sickening shock to the family. That someone would stoop so low. They can't get their heads around it.
'[Dad] Mitch is livid. The family, record label and management are months away from deciding what to do with any unreleased music.
'For that to be taken out of their hands is horrible.'
Mitch is said to have vowed to get to the bottom of the issue when he returns from a family holiday that he is on with Amy's boyfriend Reg Traviss.
Two lyric books have been officially declared missing to police so far, and Mitch has apparently urged whoever has the belongings to put them back before it gets any more serious.
The source added, 'Mitch is willing to give whoever has stolen the items a chance to do the right thing and put them back so it doesn't have to get messy.'
