Amy Winehouse was allegedly given drugs by her husband when he visited her last week.
Friends of the troubled singer are said to be furious with Blake Fielder-Civil – who dashed to Amy's bedside last week before returning to prison after failing a court-ordered drugs test – after he gave her the illegal substances in The London Clinic.
Amy had been clean for 10 days after being admitted to the medical facility following a reported drink-and-drugs binge.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Blake has a lot to answer for. His actions have ruined his wife's efforts to get clean."
Blake recently vowed to do "whatever it takes" to get Amy off drugs because he feels responsible for her addiction.
Meanwhile, Amy's record label are said to be so desperate for her to record her new album they are hiring out music studios across London.
Island Records have spent an estimated £150,000 on three facilities to make it easier for the 26-year-old star to work on the follow-up to award-winning LP 'Back to Black'.
A source said: "Amy's record is one of the most eagerly anticipated in pop music so the record label isn't taking any chances.
"Sadly Amy doesn't have a great track record in terms of reliability. But by booking three different venues at least the record label is assured – on the law of averages – she'll turn up in one of them. It's a pretty unprecedented move – rehearsal spaces do not come cheap.
"She's writing mainly on her own but goes to the studios if she wants a band to help her."
Amy is said to be using the songwriting process to vent her anger about Blake and their rocky relationship.
The source added to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Amy is angrier than ever at Blake. She is beginning to see him for what he really is.
"Her band are actually shocked at the foul language in the tracks. She's really man-bashing and Blake trashing."
