AMY WINEHOUSE has been called the Pied Piper after spending time with local children in St Lucia.
The singer, who is staying on the Caribbean island to record her third album, took the children horse riding on a nearby beach over the weekend.
A source told the Sun newspaper: "Amy is happiest when she's with children — kids love her.
"The children she took to the beach on Saturday were following her round and all vying for her attention.
"She's determined to do as much as she can for local kids as they're a lot less fortunate than she is."
Winehouse has been joined in St Lucia by her father, Mitch, and is expected to release her next studio album later this year.
