Overview
Andre 3000 of OutKast has landed his first starring role in a movie.
He'll star in a film that is currently untitled and scheduled to begin shooting in September. The film is set in the mid-70's, and Andre will star as an upper-middle-class musical prodigy named Valentine, in love with a lower-class white woman named Chevon.
Chevon's brother is a police officer and accidentally shoots someone, but Valentine is blamed for it. Valentine and Chevon go on the run.
