In between prepping for HBO's upcoming The Love Below movie and its soundtrack, Andre 3000 is filming a documentary that details his evolution from rapper to activist.
Dre even popped up at the recent Republican National Convention to conduct several interviews. The project will feature interviews Dre conducted with John Kerry and George W. Bush's daughters. Bush's daughter, Jenna previously mentioned Dre's "Hey Ya" in a speech addressing Republicans.
"Contrary to what you might read in the papers, our parents are actually kind of cool. They do know the difference between mono and Bono," Jenna revealed during her speech. "When we tell them we're going to see OutKast, they know it's a band and not a bunch of misfits. And if we really beg them, they'll even shake it like a Polaroid picture."
In the upcoming presidential elections, Dre plans to use his right to vote for the first time since becoming eligible nearly 12 years ago.
