Ashlee Simpson is happily soaking up the spoils of being pregnant.
From enjoying husband Evan Ross' massages to indulging her cravings, the mum-to-be is determined to make the most of her current condition, she told People magazine.
The 30-year-old's candid confession comes hot on the heels of the couple's announcement that they are having a baby girl.
"I'm just hungry all the time! It's the best time to enjoy your cravings," beamed the star, who added that she "feels great".
Fortunately for the singer-and-actress, she's not suffered any dreaded morning sickness so far. Indeed, her second pregnancy has been "pretty laidback", much like her first with son Bronx, now six.
When it comes to being a doting husband and father-to-be, Evan has well and truly hit a home run as far as Ashlee's concerned.
"Massages, cooking – all of that!" she said of what he's been doing to make her comfortable. "He's making me feel so special! I feel like the luckiest lady ever."
While the newlyweds have had several months to think over baby names since finding out Ashlee was pregnant on Thanksgiving, nothing has been decided. The mum-to-be admitted they won't know for sure what they'll go with until the birth.
"I have to hold her, then I'll know," she said, adding that she already has "some unique ideas".
Ashlee and 26-year-old actor Evan tied the knot in Greenwich, Connecticut, on August 30 last year at the sprawling estate of his Supremes mother, Diana Ross.
This will be the first child for Evan. He is stepdad to Ashlee's son Bronx, from her first marriage to Pete Wentz.
