Not content with just one UK tour this year… Band of Horses have confirmed today that they WILL be back to play a handful of UK dates in July. Confirmed to play three UK gigs which include headlining at London's Shepherds Bush Empire on 8 July, Liverpool Academy on the 10 July, and Sheffield Leadmill on the 11.
In less than 3 months these charming Southern boys have risen through the ranks to go from playing Bush Hall and on to headline Shepherds Bush Empire and there is no other band more deserving of this move forward than Band of Horses are. Paying their dues constantly and touring relentlessly this band still hold true to their musical morals – learning that they can play the music they love without compromising the ideals and methods they grew up on… Such is the Southern way.
With their February UK Tour completely sold out this is the perfect opportunity for all who weren't able to catch them this time around. They have set the bar high when it comes to their live shows and never fail to impress – They are quite possibly one of the most passionate and truly memorable live bands around. Don't be fooled into thinking bigger venues will taint these shows in any way – no matter what size venue they will always make every show unforgettable.
Tickets go on sale Friday 15 February at 9am. For regular tour updates please visit www.bandofhorses.com/www.subpop.com
