The 38-year-old singer has also persuaded The Coral, Graham Coxon and Paul Weller to join the bill at the concert on April 3.
A source told British newspaper The Sun: 'Liam has been shocked by the footage of the devastation in Japan.
'Oasis were, and still are, hugely popular out there. The band have always been treated like kings so he wants to do his bit.
'Graham has mentioned the gig to Damon Albarn. It could be the end of one of the most famous British rock and roll feuds ever if he shows up.'
Details of how to get hold of tickets will go on the Beady Eye website later this week.
