Ch-Check It Out is the first single from the album. It will be hitting radio stations next week (03/05/04) and at the same time will be available to buy from online music stores. The song's video has been directed by longtime collaborator Nathanial Hornblower (Intergalactic, Body Movin', So What'cha Want) and features cameos by ‘Bonanza's Lorne Greene and DeForest Kelley.
