Ben Harper got married on New Year's Day.
The musician rang in 2015 by exchanging vows with social advocate Jaclyn Matfus, People magazine has confirmed.
The couple made their public debut as husband and wife at this year's Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 8. However, they managed to keep their marital status a secret until now.
While it is not known exactly how long the couple were together prior to marrying, they were both named First Responders of the International Medical Corps in September 2013, assisting in humanitarian disaster relief efforts.
This is the third marriage for 45-year-old Ben. He was previously married to wife Joanna from 1996 until 2001. They have two children together – son Charles, 17, and daughter Harris, 14.
He was also married to Oscar-nominated actress Laura Dern in December 2005. While Ben filed for divorce in October 2010, the couple soon reconciled. However, it wasn't to last, and in July 2012, Laura, 48, recommenced proceedings. They were officially divorced in September 2013.
Ben and Laura also have two children from their union – son Ellery, 13, and daughter Jaya, ten.
Ben recently announced his reunion with his band The Innocent Criminals following a seven-year hiatus.
The band will kick off their latest tour with four dates in San Francisco beginning on March 25, before heading to Australia's Bluesfest festival in Byron Bay on April 5. They will also play more dates in the US as well as Europe, wrapping up in Del Mar, California on September 20.
