Best Coast to Tour

It has been quite the year so far for the great Best Coast since their debut full length Crazy for You was released last summer. The band kicks off Summer 2011 with an iTunes session that is now available on the iTunes Store.

Recorded in East West Studios, the very place where Sinatra recorded "My Way" & "Strangers in the Night," The Beach Boys recorded "Pet Sounds" and the Mamas and the Papas recorded "California Dreaming," the session brings slower, softer, re-arranged, hazier versions of songs we know and love from Crazy For You and a cover by country heroine Loretta Lynn in the form of "Fist City." Bam!

In addition to the iTunes album, Best Coast will be performing at festivals that include Bomb, Sasquatch, Outside Lands, Bonnaroo, and Lollapalooza-as well as supporting The Decemberists on select dates.
