Beth Ditto turns to fashion

Beth Ditto is in discussions about designing her own range of clothes, according to reports.

The Gossip singer has been approached by New Look about the fashion line, following in the foot-steps of the likes of Lily Allen.

Ditto is expected to explore clothes for bigger sizes, after demanding Top Shop take her on as a designer earlier this year.

Speaking about the deal with New Look, she commented: "I'm in talks to do something with them at the moment, I love their stuff."

The Gossip play a number of European festivals this summer, including the Carling Weekend, before a headlining tour of their own, including a show at Bestival.
