Beyonce Knowles makes $1.3m profit selling three luxury apartments

The pregnant singer had snapped up a trio of ocean-front retreats at the swish Green Diamond Condo Buildings almost a decade ago for a mere $1.4.

And, according to the Miami Herald, she offloaded them to Miami power couple Martiniano and Sofia Perez in July for an impressive $2.7m.

The newspaper reports that the desirable 33rd floor pads, which measure a combined 5,520sq ft and boast stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, were on the market for only two months.

Up until recently, the 30-year-old R&B singer also owned a tiny poolside cabana at the same exclusive complex - but sold this separately at a reported loss of $355,000 earlier this year.

Having shelled out $465,000 for the 190sq ft studio, Beyonce apparently let it go after attracting an offer of just $110,000.

Rumours are also swirling that the chart-topper and her rapper husband Jay-Z are eyeing up Latino singer Ricky Martin's Miami Beach mansion, which is priced at $12.5m.
