Biffy Clyro and Tinie Tempah are set to be honoured at this year's Nordoff Robbins O2 Silver Clef Awards.
The Scottish trio will pick up the Royal Albert Hall Best British Band prize at the event's ceremony on July 1 at London's Hilton Hotel.
"We follow in the footsteps of some great bands who’ve received this award and we couldn’t be happier with this honour," the band said. "Music has been a massive part of our lives – just like it is for all the people Nordoff Robbins help."
Tinie Tempah will be awarded with the Best Newcomer award at this year's event, which is now in its 36th year. Other winners at the 2011 O2 Silver Clef Awards include Annie Lennox, who will pick up the O2 Silver Clef Award, Status Quo (Lifetime Achievement Award) and Alfie Boe (PPL Classical Award). Further winners will be announced soon.
Last year's winners included Muse, Dizzee Rascal, Slash and Kelis.
