Biggie Smalls family push for justice

The family of Christopher Wallace, aka Notorious BIG, aka Biggie Smalls, nka Dirty Smalls, have filed their second law suit against the City of Los Angeles for wrongful death. The suit alleges the rapper was gunned down by the city's police officers, back in 1997. Wallace was killed as he left a party at the Los Angeles Museum.

The suit implicates LA police officers Rafael Perez and Nino Durden as conspiring to murder Biggie and cover it up. Perez has denied the allegation while Durden has remained tight lipped so far. Both were involved in the now infamous LAPD Rampart Division corruption scandal of the late 90's where it was alleged that police were involved in bank robberies and stealing evidence.

The mystery rages on, with 50 Cent recently accusing P Diddy of failing to offer known information of the killer(s).
