The future of Black Sabbath remains uncertain, but at least one member of the band has hopes of another tour, following the rocker's huge gig last night (Friday, 4 July 2014) in London's Hyde Park.
Performing as part of this year's British Summertime shows, the band posted a video message to fans, in which Tommy Iommi told fans he would 'see them on the next tour'. Which seems rather telling
"It's been great. We've had a laugh," he says in the video, which he posted on his Facebook page. "Thanks so much. I am at home at the moment, about to leave for Hyde Park... and I'm really looking forward to that. The tour has been marvellous. We've had a great year, and you couldn't wish for better.
"It's been phenomenal, and you've been phenomenal. And thanks for coming to the shows and being supportive. Thank you very much and we'll see you on the next tour."
Best of all, it also seems that Ozzy Osbourne is up for it too, telling Guitar World: "If it's goodbye, we're ending it on a high note (at Hyde Park)... but I'm up for another album and tour. If we can, great. If not, I'll just carry on doing my own thing."
