Bon Jovi's drummer, Tico Torres, had a rough September.
It started on September 10 when he underwent emergency appendix surgery in Mexico City. That was followed ten days later with urgent gall bladder surgery in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, forcing the band to bring in Rich Scannella to fill in on drums to keep the band's current tour going.
On Wednesday night, Torres returned to the stage and did it in style, playing the band's full show. The event was announced on their official website:
Welcome Back Tico!
Welcome back Tico 'The Hitman' Torres! After a round of emergency surgeries, Tico came back to the tour tonight in Fresno and played the full 2hr and 20min set!
