Overview
Brian Wilson surprised a New York crowd earlier this week when he performed the landmark Beach Boys album Pet Sounds in its entirety during his show at the Beacon Theatre.
Wilson will do it one last time on Sunday night at Los Angeles' Greek Theatre as part of his current tour with Jeff Beck and a band that includes Al Jardine and David Marks.
This Sunday night's performance will also include former Beach Boys member Blondie Chaplin who was with the band during the early 70's. It is expected that part of his contribution for the night will be reprising his lead vocal on Sail On, Sailor from the album Holland.
The Brian Wilson/Jeff Beck tour has seen Wilson opening the shows with Beck playing the second act before both artists come together at the end of the show.
