C-Murder gets murder retrial

Rapper C-Murder will once again see the inside of a court room where he faces a murder charge.

C-Murder, real name Corey Miller, had his murder conviction thrown out but prosecutors want another crack at him so a new trial date has been set where he will face a second-degree murder charge.

A February 11th trial date has been set for Corey Miller.

Miller, 36, is accused in the shooting death of Steve Thomas, 16, at a Harvey nightclub on Jan. 12, 2002.
