Charlie Sheen has written a $12,000 cheque to help cover the funeral costs of the paparazzo who died while snapping Justin Bieber's car.
Chris Guerra, 29, passed away after being struck by a car on New Year's Day, while trying to take pictures of the singer's Ferrari.
TMZ reports the photographer will be laid to rest tomorrow and the controversial actor is helping to fund the memorial service.
"A tragic incident like this erases the line between the photographer and the subject. It's an unforgiving moment that begs us all to be human and work as one to prevent this in the future," he explained to the publication.
"As parents, we are all not supposed to bury our children. My deepest condolences to the families involved."
Charlie is apparently close to a former photographer who was friends with Chris and decided to help when he heard the late paparazzo's family was struggling to cover the funeral costs.
Justin has been the subject of much media attention recently, after a picture emerged which apparently showed him smoking marijuana in a hotel room.
The teenage heartthrob is gearing up to release an acoustic version of his Believe album and says the music will tell his side of the story.
"Excited for #20Days from now when my acoustic album will let u know how I feel about what is going on in my life instead of rumors guessing (sic)," he posted on Twitter.
"Put it in the music. Guess all u want I speak for myself. #20Days (sic)," he added.
The star has amassed a huge following of young female fans, thanks to his cute looks and catchy music.
Sadly, a group of social networking trolls took advantage of his so-called 'beliebers' and urged them to self harm in an effort to stop Justin smoking cannabis.
Fake accounts promoted tweets with the hashtag 'cutforbieber', prompting responses from girls who posted pictures of their self harm attempts.
Justin's friend and fellow musician Miley Cyrus also took to Twitter to show her dismay at the dangerous scam.
"If people are really saying they are gonna cut themselves cuz Justin Bieber could've smoked some weed the world really is coming to an end! (sic)" she wrote.
Meanwhile, Justin is continuing his Believe tour, with the next stop in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
