To mark a momentous return, indie-alternative club night SUPERSONIC VAGUE are upping the ante even further by bringing clubbers the biggest name in dub-step Chase & Status for a full on skankathon.
3 massive club shows are planned starting this Friday at Cameo Watford( 7th Feb) before going onto Gatecrasher Nottingham (1st March) and Gatecrasher Birmingham (8th March).
The shows follow a recent massive US DJ tour.
Chase And Status have been touring the world, headlining festivals and selling out 3000 capacity rooms, easily cementing themselves with one of the most diverse fan bases in music.
Pharrell Williams of N*E*R*D hails them as 'The most exciting producers in the UK today', Rihanna considers them 'the backbone' of her record 'Rated R' but this isn't enough to quench the musical thirst of multi award winning, platinum record selling producers, writers and musicians in their own right, Chase & Status aka Will Kennard and Saul Milton.
The duo, who count Jay Z and Snoop Dogg as fans, as well as drum and bass' finest Andy C, Hype and Pendulum; enjoy heavy rotation in the hands of dub-step royalty such as N-Type and Skream; and have each release enthusiastically supported by Radio 1 tastemakers Annie Mac and Zane Lowe.
The pair are heading back into the studio to work on highly anticipated album number three. The duo - who worked on Rihanna's 'Rated R' album - have said they constantly keep busy, and would rather carry on working than sit and reflect on their past successes.
They commented: "There's always more to be done and new ideas to try, so we try not to focus too much on our successes."
