The 18-year-old Swagger Jagger star revealed in a new interview in Britain's Attitude magazine that she has kept her feet firmly on the ground despite her fame.
She said: 'I used to do shows at a British Legion in front of really old men. There would be about 10 people and I swear they couldn't hear a thing I was singing because their hearing aids were all turned off.
'This was when I was about 13 or 15 and I'd get paid a tenner. I used to think that it was like the best thing ever. I haven't changed, honestly.
'When I go home, I go into Morrisons and I do my mum's shopping. And down the veg aisle they'll be all in my face.
'The funniest comment I got is when I was in New Look and someone said to me: 'What are you doing in here?' Like: 'She's supposed to be in Harrods or something.'
'[But] I can't go there. I don't fit in and feel out of place. I so don't belong in places like that.'
