After prosecutors filed a new charge against singer Courtney Love on Monday her lawyer entered an innocent plea at a Los Angeles court.
An allegation of disorderly conduct, relating to an alleged incident outside the home of a former boyfriend, joins a separate charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance and two charges of drug possession.
A trial against Ms Love, 39, was due to begin on Monday but was postponed because drug tests were not complete.
The charges stem from an incident on 2 October 2003 when police allege she was found breaking the windows of a house.
Ms Love is expected back in court on 5 April as her lawyer, Michael Rosenstein, submits a motion to suppress evidence in the case.
Mr Rosenstein recently took over the case from another lawyer who Ms Love said she sacked because "he wanted me to plead guilty to something I didn't do".
Lawyer William Genego denied this was the case but declined to divulge the reason behind it.document.write(unescape("
