Courtney Love played a surprise gig at Hayden Wylds Coffee and Records in Clapton yesterday (3 May) to 50 fans.
The singer tweeted yesterday morning to announce that the first 50 people in line outside the tiny venue would gain entry to the show.
6pm today I'll be at @HaydenWylds first 50 people in line can hang out and hear me sing a couple new songs and maybe a couple old ones too
Before the gig, the singer went onto the street to speak to fans - some of whom did not manage to gain entry to the performance itself - and pose for photographs.

During the show, Love was positioned by the cake counter on a make-shift stage, as fans squeezed in around her wherever they could fit.
The singer performed songs including 'Malibu' and 'Miss World', as well as current single 'Wedding Day'. She also performed covers of Leonard Cohen's 'Take This Longing' and Pearl Jam's 'Jeremy'.
Love revealed plans to cover The Boomtown Rats' 'I Don't Like Mondays' as a tribute to Bob Geldof's daughter Peaches Geldof, who died last month aged 25. The cover is being saved for a forthcoming show at London Shepherd's Bush Empire.
After a performance of 'Doll Parts', the singer told the intimate crowd: "You know I didn't do a good job, but that's the charm."
