COURTNEY LOVE is facing a legal battle with American Express over unpaid credit card charges.
The company have reportedly filed a lawsuit against her claiming she owes them more than $350,000 (£233,000).
The former Hole frontwoman had her Gold card privileges suspended after she "failed and refused" to clear the balance, according to the lawsuit.
Love has been continuously struggling with her finances in recent years - it emerged in April (09) she had hired a team of private investigators to reclaim the millions of dollars she claimed had been stolen from her late husband Kurt Cobain's estate.
And just last year (08), Love was sued for $1 million (£667,000) by London & Co., an accounting firm which said she had failed to pay them profits from the sale of Cobain's share of the Nirvana publishing catalogue.
A spokesperson for Love was unavailable for comment.
