The Crazy Frog has dished up a festive treat for his fans with a special Christmas edition of his multi-platinum-selling chart-topping album Crazy Hits.
In addition to the massive Axel F and the frog's second single Popcorn, the Crazy Frog has recorded his own versions of class Christmas songs including Last Christmas, Wonderland and, of course, Jingle Bells. These sit snugly alongside classics such as the theme to Dallas, Felix's Don't You Want Me, Technotronic's Pump Up The Jam and The Pink Panther theme.
The Crazy Frog's Christmas single ‘Jingle Bells' is subject to a worldwide embargo until December 1st which has been named as International Crazy Frog Day. ‘Jingles Bells' will receive its first radio play in Britain between 8am and 9am on December 1st. In a move that befits the multi-platinum-selling star, only a limited number of watermarked, and traceable, promotional CDs will be made available before this date. The AA side is the frog's version MC Hammer's ‘U Can't Touch This' complete with a fantastic CGI video created by Kaktus Films. The single will be released on December 12th.
The Crazy Frog recently joined Amir Khan to turn on the Christmas Lights in Bolton (wearing underpants provided by Make Poverty History in order to protect his modesty) and his services were also called upon to switch on he Christmas Lights in Swansea,
The Crazy Frog has dominated the pop charts in 2005.
