Australian duo Diafrix are hitting the UK with a bang this summer with 'Simple Man', the first single from their new album 'Pocketful of Dreams', featuring fellow Melbournian Daniel Merriweather.
The single, released on September 26th through Illusive Sounds, sees Diafrix tell the story of the everyday man, describing the struggles that everyone can relate to, all in their inimitable upbeat, uplifting style. With old friend Merriweather on board to deliver the catchiest of hooks, 'Simple Man' is the perfect tune for the summer.
MCs Azmarino and Momo both migrated from Africa before meeting in Melbourne at a music workshop, hitting it off immediately and becoming Diafrix, with beatmaker Ptero Stylus joining to round off the group.
Having already toured Down Under with the likes of Bruno Mars and played to packed out crowds up and down the country at festivals like Big Day Out, Good Vibrations and Pyramid Rock, as well as playing to a full tent at this year's Glastonbury Festival, Diafrix are going places and this is the perfect chance to get on board.
Londoner T Williams and New York's M A N I K will be handling remix duties, coming very shortly.
