The TV star and her model boyfriend Kris Smith bought the AUS$1.77 million two-storey property in the Australian city – where Dannii grew up - in April and it is now ready for them in preparation for the arrival of their first child together in a few weeks time.
The house comes complete with a swimming pool, large garden, a Jacuzzi, floor-to-ceiling windows and has seven en suite bedrooms.
It is located in the affluent Melbourne suburb of East Hawthorn and is just a few miles away from Dannii's parents Ron and Carol's home in Surrey Hills – where the couple have been staying for the past few months while waiting for their new home to be ready.
Although Dannii – who is a judge on UK TV talent show 'The X Factor' – has lived in London for years she made a decision to have her baby in Melbourne so she could have her family around her for support.
The 38-year-old brunette recently said: "I think it's important for a mother of a baby to have her mother around."
Her sister Kylie is planning to fly back to Australia next month so she can be at the birth, while Dannii's cameraman brother – who has two sons - lives in Melbourne already.
