Overview
The 40-year-old former X Factor judge writes a blog for website MyDaily and said she loves to visit South Africa.
She said: 'I've been lucky enough to visit Cape Town a few times and I love the climate, the environment, the spectacular scenery and the lovely people.
'My most recent trip there was in February 2010 when I shot an advertising campaign and had a little holiday with Kris [Smith], a visit that was featured in Style Queen.
'Cape Town is a place I hope to visit many more times in the future.'
