Dannii Minogue says her boyfriend loves her big pregnancy butt.

The 38-year-old star is due to give birth this month and although she has been moaning about her ever-expanding body her model man Kris Smith, 31, loves her body.

She said: "He's just so rapt with everything. He's loving and adoring, even when I moan, 'My butt's getting bigger', he says, 'It's beautiful, I love every bit.' "

Dannii has been using one secret weapon in a bid to keep her rear looking tight – Spanx body-shaping pantyhose.

She added in an interview with InStyle magazine: "Maternity Spanx (is my secret). You wouldn't want a guy to see you in them. But what they do for your butt is amazing. It's what my bum would look like if I had a personal trainer."

Dannii – whose sister is pop superstar Kylie Minogue - has loved every minute of her pregnancy and says being with child has had a calming influence on her personality.

She said: "I don't know what the pregnancy hormone is, but I wish I could bottle it and have it forever. I'm just so calm and I just laugh at everything. Kris keeps saying, 'Who stole my girlfriend' Who are you'' I'm normally more wound up and controlling."
