Foo Fighters were among the countless stars that paid tribute to Kurt Cobain this weekend, marking 20 years since the Nirvana frontman's death.
Saturday (5 April) was the 20th anniversary of Cobain's suicide, and the world of music came out in remembrance of the grunge icon.
Among them were Foo Fighters, who feature Cobain's former Nirvana bandmates Dave Grohl and Pat Smear. They simply posted a photo of Cobain on their official Facebook page, along with a link to The Beatles' 'In My Life' - one of Kurt's favourite songs, that was played at his funeral.
Other stars to pay tribute include Muse, who performed a cover of Nirvana's 'Lithium' during their headline slot at Lollapolooza Brazil.
Fittingly, Nirvana will also be into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame this week. Dave Grohl and former bassist Krist Novoselic will both be in attendance, but it is unknown whether or not they will perform together.
