DAVE GROHL is to have a street named after him today.
The Foo Fighters frontman is expected to attended the event in Warren, Ohio, in which the city's Market Alley will be renamed Dave Grohl Alley.
Grohl and his parents lived in the city after his birth and his early years before he moved to Alexandria, in Virginia.
According to website mainstreetwarren.org, local artists have been invited to paint murals honouring him and his music along the alley walls.
And he will reportedly perform at the event after requesting an acoustic guitar and two drum kits be provided as a part of his one-day rider.
