Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has derided bands, including Linkin Park or Motley Crue, for using backing tracks when they perform live.
He explains, "We don't try to play perfect, like on the record. We don't use backing tracks. That's kind of a crutch other bands have up their sleeve.
